Still had trouble finding the spot where my creator cash was expected it to be with coupons. But that is my problem. The website is fine. The products are fantastic and customer service is wonderful.

I've been playing with my order for over a month. When the free past "Treasure Box" was offered for an order over 50.00, I placed my order. Shipping was to long. Website says next day shipping if order is received by 1pm . My order was placed on a Friday and their post office received it Wednesday. And, when it finally arrived, I didn't get my free Treasure Box. I had to send another email. It finally came today and the beads are to make something Christmas. No pattern, no guide or anything. Just a small box of winter and snow themed beads. My experience was not what I was hoping for. Q

I'm becoming discouraged with Potomac Beads. Quantities are large and there are no options for smaller quantities, even at a somewhat higher price. Also, the quality of workmanship on sample pattern items is not always first class (Boh Bow earrings, for example). Is that to show makers that they will make errors? I am not attracted to sloppy work.
