Using 2 size 12 needles on an arm’s span length of thread, put on an 8/0, 2 15/0s, a cup button through one hole, and 3 15/0s. Slide to the middle of the thread. Using the same needle, go back through the second hole of the cup button and pick up 2 more 15/0s, go through the 8/0 seed bead and pull. 2.
