Put two 15/0s on each needle. Add a RounDuo by bringing a needle up through each of the holes. Make sure there is the same amount of thread on each side and seperate the needles.

Did not understand all the junk offerings of unwanted items as the final step to completing my purchase. Thought I was done, and almost closed out site when I finally noticed "No thanks complete my purchase button. Had to choose that button 2 times to complete purchase.
