    Quick Project Steps

In this Potomac Beads tutorial, you will learn how to easily use a Brick stitch to embellish a sweet Christmas Tree Resin Form to create an earring holder ornament. Use this quick project as a unique, one-of-a-kind gift this holiday season. 1. Thread a size 10 needle onto about 5 feet of size 8 DragonThread. Tie the end of the thread onto the bottom of the filigree laser cut acrylic ornament tree in a double knot. Put on two 8/0 seed beads separated by an 11/0 seed bead. Bring the needle up through the back of the tree form and sew back through the last bead towards the first. This will let the 8/0 seed beads sit up tight against the acrylic form and begin the brick stitch. 2. Watch the Christmas Tree Resin Form and Earring Holder tutorial to follow along with Allie as she shares beading tips and tricks to help you create a festive beaded earring holder ornament. 3. Switch to brown 8/0 seed beads at the bottom of the tree to create the trunk. Add another 11/0 seed bead and sew down into bead number one of the project. Sew around the form and back up bead number one. Sew through the next 11/0 seed bead and down 8/0 number two. Tie the 2 thread ends together with a square knot. Burn the lose ends with a thread burner. You can leave the center holes open to hold earrings or glue in some Potomac crystal chatons to bedazzle the beaded ornament. Have fun making this adorable Christmas Tree Resin Form and Earring Holder Ornament. This simple project is a great 2-in-1 gift to give someone special this year. During checkout, the module did not accept my card verification number until I refreshed the page. I placed the correct three digit number in multiple times and kept getting the error.

Bonjour! . . .
