    Quick Project Steps

Shieldmaiden earrings are named after the female warriors of Norse mythology. These women were fierce and brave, and they inspired Tereza's new Shieldmaiden Earrings that are bold and brilliant and hold a little bling to brighten up your day.
Start with four delicas on the thread and go back through them to create a circle. Add a second row by adding a bead in between each of the four beads. Pick up two delicas at a time and thread into the beads in the corners. Add another delica in between each pair of beads. Repeat for the next row. Complete eight rows of beads. Add the cabochon on top and keep adding more rows of delicas to bezel it.
Watch Tereza in the Shieldmaiden Earrings tutorial to see how to add the QuadBows and crystal bicones to the project.
Line the outside of the shield earrings with seed beads and add an earwire to a beaded loop. You can also choose to add a wire guard if you would like. Tie the thread ends and go back around the outside of the project and cut the thread.
Shieldmaiden Earrings are a great way to use your peyote and bead weaving skills. They also make a great component piece to expand your jewelry collection with a pendant or bracelet.

I don't know why you have the drop-down boxes -- I can see them but can't get to them. I had to use search for everything. Why do you list things that are on sale if they are out of stock? Are they still going to be on sale when they are back in stock?

Website is easy to use but selection is vey limited. I prefer no finish (AB, etc.) on bicones but that seems to be your go to.
