    Quick Project Steps

This PotomacBeads tutorial shows you how to use tubular peyote with a netting technique mixed in to create this sparkly Leopard Bangle out of beaded beads.
    1. Put a stop bead onto the end of the thread. You will be using 10 plus feet of thread in total. Pick up 8 seed beads and sew back through the first 6, starting at the stop bead. Start a peyote stitch by picking up another seed bead, skipping over the next bead in the line and sewing down the next one. Add 3 more beads in this fashion and then push the 4 beads into the center of the loop.
    2. Watch the Leopard Bangle tutorial to see how to step up in the pattern and continue the tubular peyote stitch to design the beaded bangle.
    3. When you have completed the required length of the project so it can slip over the widest part of your wrist, it’s time to stitch the two ends together. Lay the bracelet out flat and line up the peyote stitch to create a seamless line. Continue the peyote stitch by using the seed beads already in the project.
There are so many different varieties of colors that could be used in the Leopard Bangle design. Have fun making multiple bangles to wear as sets or give as gifts.
