Spiral Rope Stitch Tutorial

The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • 8/0 Seed Beads in root beer color
  • Two metallic colors of seed beads
  • 4mm Light Amethyst Czech Glass Beads
  • Stop bead
  • Thread
  • Needle

    Quick Project Steps

    Attach a stop bead to your thread.
    Add three 8/0 seed beads next to the stop bead.
    Thread one of each metallic seed bead, a Czech glass bead, and another set of metallic seed beads.
    Loop back through the last three 8/0 seed beads in a circular motion.
    Add an 8/0 seed bead and repeat the pattern for the desired length.
    To vary the design, adjust the number or size of the side beads and core beads.
