Learn how to use a Peyote stitch to create this Cobblestone bracelet. The Czech faceted rounds have just the right amount of flash and color to make this piece a go-to accessory.The overlapping clasp style makes it comfortable to wear.
1. Begin by making a pattern of 6 groups of three seed beads in A and B colors. Pick up another group of three and skip the first three and pass through the second three. Repeat two more times. This is the beginning of the three drop peyote stitch.
2. Continue the pattern until it’s about half an inch long and then add the button to the middle of the next row. Continue the three drop peyote stitch for another couple inches. 3. When you get to the end of the third section, make a loop out of seed beads big enough to fit over the button. Use a simple peyote stitch around the edge of the loop. Take the needle to the outside of the project and tie into a knot, work back into the project and tie off in another knot. Hide the tail end of the thread in the middle of the project. Cut the thread.
