    Quick Project Steps

Prepare thread & beads: Thread your needle and organize RounTrios, StormDuos, pearls, crystals, and seed beads so orientations are easy to see. Build the center foundation: Stitch around the RounTrio using pearls and seed beads to form a stable inner ring that anchors the component. Establish symmetry: Check bead orientation and spacing to ensure the foundation sits flat and evenly shaped before adding layers. Attach StormDuos: Add StormDuos around the foundation using seed bead connectors, keeping all StormDuos facing the same direction. Add crystal structure: Stitch crystal olives (or focal crystals) between StormDuo sections to create the elongated “olive” silhouette. Layer decorative seed beads: Use 11/0s and 15/0s to fill gaps, define edges, and smooth transitions between larger beads. Reinforce the component: Make at least one full reinforcing pass through structural beads to strengthen the shape. Add connection point: Create a loop or attach a wire guard so the component can be used as a pendant, earring, or connector. Secure & finish: Tie off, weave in thread tails, and trim cleanly. Customize & repeat: Adjust bead colors, finishes, or size to create matching components or coordinated sets.
