Prepare Your Materials: Gather all the beads and tools listed.
Start Beading: String 14 ZoliDuo beads for the base layer, alternating with 15/0 seed beads.
Add the Second Layer: Use the outer holes of the first layer's ZoliDuo beads to add another set, creating a fan-like shape.
Embellish: Incorporate 4mm round beads and O beads along the outer edge, separated by 15/0 seed beads for added detail.
Create the Bail: Construct a secure bail with seed beads, an O bead, and a round bead for hanging the pendant.
Finish: Add decorative touches as desired, secure the thread, and trim any excess with a thread burner.
