You can choose to decorate the entire hoop or just focus on the bottom of the hoop. Gather up your seed beads and a size 12 needle. Tie about 2.5 feet of thread to the hoop, keep the knot to the inside of the hoop so it gets covered with beads.

Begin the top row of beads. Bring the needle through the bridge thread of the first row. Use the 15/0s to disguise the thread. When you have finished the row, tie the thread end between the rows of beads to hide the knot.
