    Quick Project Steps

Prep materials & thread: Thread a needle (size 11–12 recommended) with dragon thread and add a stop bead to secure the starting point. Start the center EVA bead: Sew through one hole of the EVA bead and begin building the center line with 11/0 seed beads, crystals, and a 6 mm pearl in the shown order. Complete the EVA bead pass: Sew through the opposite hole of the EVA bead to lock in the center stack and pull tight to remove excess thread. Build the first V-shaped side: Add a small group of 11/0 seed beads to form one side of the V, stitching up into the EVA bead and reinforcing the path. Mirror the V on the opposite side: Repeat the same bead sequence on the other side of the EVA bead to create a symmetrical V shape. Add the lower embellishment section: String seed beads and a small crystal to form the bottom accent, keeping tension even so the shape stays open and airy. Create the floating pearl center: Stitch across the V section, add a pearl, and sew into the opposite side to suspend the pearl in the middle. Reinforce structure & thread paths: Weave through seed beads, EVA bead holes, and pearls again to strengthen the lantern-style framework. Attach the wire guard: Shape the wire guard slightly, sew it in at the top using a pearl and seed beads, and pass through multiple times for durability. Finish & assemble earrings: Remove the stop bead, tie thread ends securely, trim or burn ends, and attach the ear wire to complete the earring.
