    Quick Project Steps

Gather Your Supplies: Collect all materials, including RounDuo beads, 8/0 and 15/0 seed beads, 3mm corrugated melon beads, wire guards, jump rings, a clasp, and size six thread. Start the Bracelet Base: On about 3.5 to 4 feet of thread, load four RounDuo beads and tie them into a circle, leaving a couple of inches for a tail. Build the Bracelet's Length: To create the body of the bracelet, add three more RounDuo beads and pass your needle back through the last bead of the previous unit. Continue this process, adding three beads at a time, until you reach your desired length. Add the Wire Guards: On each end of the bracelet, add an 8/0 and a 15/0 seed bead, then go up and down through a wire guard. Finish by adding a 15/0 and an 8/0 seed bead before sewing back into the RounDuo bead to secure it. Create the Side Details: Weave your thread to the side and add the side embellishments. The pattern is a 15/0, an 8/0, and another 15/0 bead, sewn between the outer holes of each RounDuo unit. Form the Crisscross Pattern: Weave your thread so it exits the bottom hole of a RounDuo bead. Add a 15/0, a corrugated melon bead, and another 15/0, then sew through the top hole of the next RounDuo bead, creating a crisscross pattern. Repeat this down the length of the bracelet. Finish the Bracelet: Once all beadwork is complete, reinforce any necessary areas, tie off your threads, and trim them. Finally, use jump rings to attach a clasp to the wire guards at each end.
