  • Boardwalk Glam Necklace - DIY Jewelry Making Tutorial by PotomacBeads
Allie is taking it back to the 1920's era with the Boardwalk Glam Necklace. These were the days of chandeliers, getting dressed up, and strolling along the boards as you ate your saltwater taffy. Gather up the star of the show, which will be the QuadBow, and let's get ready to have a little glam!

Materials Used To make The  Project

Quick Project Steps

The Boardwalk Glam Necklace is a whimsical piece of jewelry with lots of sparkle from the Potomac crystals. Follow along with Allie in this PotomacBeads tutorial to create this fringe necklace.
1.Put a stop bead onto .006 Wildfire beading thread, leaving about 12 inches for a tail. Using a size 12 needle, pick up a QuadBow from the arched side. Add an 8/0 and three 15/0s. Put on a Potomac Crystal Teardrop. Pick up 3 more 15/0s and sew back through all of the beads.
2.Watch the Boardwalk Glam Necklace to see how to create the pattern used in this fringe necklace.
3.Add a cup button to the end of the necklace chain with a few seed beads. Bring the needle back through the beads and button again to strengthen the connection. Make a loop out of seed beads on the other side to fit the button. Tie off the threads and burn down any loose ends in the project.
