My package contents came in damaged. I had to glue several pieces before putting tubes in case. Love the idea of it. Better packaging will be helpful. The trays had some tabs that broke off during shipping. The tape used to hold the trays together left a sticky film on the acrylic. It's not often that this happens with Potomac Beads. I will still shop their stuff.
