Queen of Sheba Earrings Tutorial

Queen of Sheba Earrings Tutorial
The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • 15/0 and 11/0 Miyuki Seed Beads (Silver Lined)
  • Faceted RounTrio Beads (Crystal Labrador)
  • MiniDuo Beads (Aluminum Silver)
  • 4mm Swarovski Bicones (Silver Shade) or 4mm Rondelles (Metallic Transparent Purple)
  • Wildfire Beading Thread (0.006)

    Thread your needle with an arm span of Wildfire beading thread; double-coat with wax if desired.
    Start with RounTrio beads, attaching them with 15/0 seed beads at the outer holes. Add MiniDuo beads and 4mm Rondelles/Bicones, alternating with 11/0 seed beads for contrast and sparkle.
    Employ a cross-weaving technique to secure beads and create the chandelier effect.
    Reinforce the beadwork by weaving through the beads multiple times, ensuring durability and rigidity.
    Finish by attaching the earwire, ensuring the earring hangs correctly and is secure.
