This elegant Triangle Crystal Necklace has a beautiful, huge stone that is sure to turn heads. Use the Hubble stitch taught in this PotomacBeads tutorial to create a bezel for the crystals in this luxurious piece.
1.Pick up three silver 8/0 seed beads onto size 6 Dragonthread, leave a little bit of a tail and come back up the first two beads. Add a gold 8/0 and sew down the third bead. Add three more silver beads and sew back up the first of the three. Pick up another gold bead and sew down the second silver bead of the previous set. Repeat the Hubble stitch a total of 15 times.
2.Watch the Triangle Crystal Necklace tutorial to follow along with Allie’s step-by-step directions to creating the bezel and chain.
3.Add clasps to the end of the necklace by adding a 15/0, an 11/0 and a crystal. Sew through the clasp and down through the crystal and add another 11/0 and 15/0. Reinforce by threading back through another time. Sew down through the project and tie the thread into a knot. Burn down the thread end.
