    Quick Project Steps

Prepare the materials: Gather the StormDuo beads, 2 mm crystal rounds, 2 mm crystal bicones, 11/0 and 15/0 seed beads, O Beads, clasp, and beading thread. Start with the thread: Add a stop bead to secure the beginning of your thread and begin picking up the beads for the bracelet's foundation. Build the base pattern: String the beads in the repeating sequence to create the initial caterpillar-style strip. Form the tube: Connect the ends of the beadwork and pull the thread to transform the flat strip into a hollow, rounded tube. Reinforce the structure: Weave the thread back through the beads to strengthen the tube and keep its shape even. Add 11/0 seed beads: Place the 11/0 seed beads between the outer beads, particularly around the ends, to define and reinforce the openings. Continue building the bracelet: Add the StormDuos and crystal rounds to the existing structure, repeating the pattern until the desired bracelet length is reached. Add the decorative layer: Use the 15/0 seed beads to create the small crisscross embellishment between the larger seed beads, adding detail and sparkle. Finish the beadwork: Continue the embellishment around the entire bracelet, maintaining consistent thread tension and bead alignment so the piece remains smooth and balanced. Attach the clasp and finish: Secure the thread ends, weave them back through the beadwork, and attach the Ball & Hitch clasp to complete the bracelet.
