The Blended Micro Macrame Bracelet is a trendy wrap bracelet fit for everyday wear. Learn how easy it is to combine simple knotting and beading to create this pleasing project in this PotomacBeads tutorial.
Cut about 3.5 feet of 1mm leather. Double the cord over and tie a loop in the end. Make sure the loop will fit the button and has a little extra room for some macrame. Cut about a foot of the knotting cord. Tie the end to the loop in the leather. Tie a half hitch knot by making a loop and bringing the end over and through the leather loop and back up through the loop made in the knotting cord. Continue to knot all the way around the leather loop. Tie the thread ends together when you get to the end. Use a thread burner to clean up the loose ends. When you have completed the design tie a last bead in place and then thread on the button. Tie a knot and use pliers to pull the knot tight, trim down the ends. Use a thread burner to clean up the loose ends along the bracelet.
