Prepare Materials: Gather 21 Miyuki Delica 11/0 beads, a Wire Guard, beading thread, and needle.
Start with Ladder Stitch: Create a foundation row using ladder stitch technique with the Delica beads.
Form the Heart Shape: Transition to brick stitch, adding rows of beads that decrease in number to form the top of the heart.
Add a Wire Guard: Incorporate a Wire Guard at the top of the heart for hanging.
