Beaded Spiral Cuffs Tutorial
The Designer’s suggested colors and materials:
  • Round or rondelle beads (any size)
  • 14 inches of 18 gauge wire
  • Two pieces of 14 inches (28 inches total) of 20 gauge wire
  • Round nose pliers
  • Flat nose pliers or needle nose pliers
  • Wire cutter

    Quick Project Steps

    Prepare the Wires: Cut 14 inches of 18 gauge wire and two pieces of 14 inches (28 inches total) of 20 gauge wire.
    Make an Eye Pin: Use round nose pliers to bend the 18 gauge wire into an eye pin at one end.
    Start Wrapping: Wrap the 20 gauge wires around the 18 gauge wire, starting close to the loop of the eye pin.
    Adding Beads: Slide your chosen beads onto the 18 gauge wire and continue wrapping the 20 gauge wires around, creating a spiral pattern.
    Continue the Pattern: Keep adding beads and wrapping the wires, ensuring the spiral pattern is consistent throughout the bracelet.
    Finish the Bracelet: After adding the last bead, mimic the starting eye pin on the other end and create a handmade clasp.
