    Quick Project Steps

In this PotomacBeads tutorial, Allie shows us how to use memory wire to create a stackable bracelet. This Alex & Ani Inspired Bracelet is so elegant and easy to personalize with beads of your choice.
Gather up your memory wire, beads, and charms or pendants. Working on a BeadOnIt board will keep your materials organized. You may want to use an old pair of pliers to cut the wire because it is hard on the pliers and may mark up your beading pliers. Cut double the size of your wrist of memory wire to make 2 loops of wire. Use pliers to bend about a quarter inch of the wire downwards. Roll the wire with the pliers to make an eye pin.
Put on about 3-4 inches of beads onto the wire in your desired pattern. Put the end of wire without the loop through the loop end. Add the charms onto the wire.
Make a loop on the end of the wire. Start by bending the end of the wire up so that the loop in opposite of the first loop. Push the beads away from the opening, open up the loop a little to be able to slip the wire through it and close the loop back up. Do the same for the other loop.
Enjoy getting into wire working with these Alex & Ani Inspired Bracelets. They are so fun to make and are a good way to use up spare beads you may have. They make a thoughtful sophisticated looking gift that's sure to be appreciated.

I've been a professional beader for around 25 years. Your website and tutorials are simply the best. Well done! Don't change. Not happy with purchase of 3mm round crystal AB nor the 14mm and 18mm rivolis. Poor quality crystals. Dull.
