Technique Learned: Peyote
Begin with Peyote Stitch: Start by bezeling the dome bead with peyote stitch, creating a circular base and covering the sides. Expand with Herringbone Stitch: Build the earring's body around the bezel using herringbone stitch, adding layers and texture. Bezel the Chaton: Create a bezel for the chaton using peyote stitch, then attach it to the top of the earring. Assemble the Earring: Connect the bezelled dome and chaton, then attach the earwire to complete the earring. Customize Your Design: Adjust the design to use leftover beads or add personal touches like a tassel for a longer earring.
