Learn how to create an adorable beaded component in this PotomacBeads tutorial. The Falling Snow Crystal Component is a simple design suitable for beaders of all skill levels. 1. Put a size 10 needle onto some size 6 DragonThread. Pick up 12 seed beads, tie the beads into a loop. Sew through the next 2 beads next to the knot. Add a Potomac crystal rondelle and another seed bead, sew back into the crystal and into the last seed bead that the thread is coming out of. 2. Watch the Falling Snow Crystal Component tutorial to follow along with Allie as she shows you how to create the pattern used in Sheryl’s beaded component design. 3. Add 5 seed beads to the side of the component over a crystal rondelle. Sew around the outside edge and add 5 more seed beads to the other side. Add a wire guard to the peak for an earring or wire guards to each side for a bracelet. The Falling Snow Crystal Component is a great project for all of your holiday gifts.
